Given Portugal’s strict regulatory framework, bringing JetX to the market required multiple complex steps, including game modifications and certification. The process was challenging, but the successful outcome underscores SmartSoft’s ability to navigate regulatory landscapes while maintaining the highest industry standards.
With this launch:
JetX becomes the first crash game available in Portugal, giving SmartSoft a strong competitive advantage in the market.
SmartSoft enters Portugal in partnership with Betano, a leading gaming operator and a strategic ally.
Portugal joins SmartSoft’s growing list of certified markets, where the company’s products are now officially recognized by regulators.
The project has been fully approved by Portugal’s Gambling Regulation and Inspection Service (SRIJ – Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos), further solidifying SmartSoft’s dedication to compliance, responsible gaming, and industry excellence.
